Our mission at The ESTAS Group is to highlight great service provided by different firms involved in the residential property sector.
Property transactions are extremely stressful for customers and it’s the job of estate agents, letting agents, online agents, property management companies, conveyancers & mortgage brokers to help make the journey as smooth as possible.
Only the best firms for customer service in the UK compete against each other in The ESTAS each year. Winners are decided purely on ratings provided by customers including vendors (sellers), home buyers, tenants, landlords, clients of conveyancers and mortgage brokers (and estate & letting agents themselves for the Best Supplier categories) when completing an online survey.
This year over 30,000 customers completed one of our online customer service feedback questionnaires making it one of the largest annual surveys in the UK property industry.
On average 90.5% of customers rated their firm excellent when recommending them.
We're committed to putting the spotlight on those firms that are really delivering the service they promise and provide them with marketing tools to promote their success.

Each year in April (Estate & Letting Agents, Brokers) & October (Conveyancers) Phil Spencer, the country’s favourite TV property presenter, hosts The ESTAS Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London in front of thousands of the UK’s top property professionals.
